What it means to be Austalian

Being Australian involves many things. These things are different to different people. Some people think it is only having a citizenship while others think it is getting your mates together for a barbie at the beach. Others think its the language we have acquired like "G'day Mate" and "Fair Dinkum". Many people simply think it is our the fact we are so multicultural.

There is a singer John Williamson who highlights Australian features in his songs, while using australian language as often as he can manage.
